Taiwanese Sponge cake that will have you coming back for more

Taiwanese sponge cake

These cakes are incredible a little different from what I usually make , but so worth the try.
This cake must be taken out of the oven , and immediately taken out of the pan and cut not sure why but it's an amazing cake to try at least once.

You will need:
6 egg yolks
75ml oil
60ml milk
100grams of cake flour

6 egg whites (chilled)
75grams caster sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
Grease an 8'' pan. A square one preferably.
In a pan heat the oil slightly , remove from heat and add in flour. Mix flour and oil till well combined, Add in milk and whisk , once milk has been combined add in egg yolks one at a time.

In a bowl whisk egg whites , caster sugar and salt till soft peaks.
Add egg white mixture a little at a time and mix with spatula till combined.

Preheat oven to 150degreees and bake for 1hour in bath of water.
Make sure to use baking paper in container so that removal is easy
